The penthouse
This sleek and modern 186sqm penthouse offers abundant natural light and fantastic views over the beach and lagoon of Flic-en-Flac. From the entrance onwards, the white flooring, walls and furniture impart an airy and relaxed atmosphere.
Inside, a pleasant living space opens onto an 86sqm shaded terrace. The generous terrace is comfortably furnished with a seating area, an outdoor dining area and a plunge pool in which to cool off. The kitchen is furnished with a table for six people and is fully equipped, allowing you to whip up your favourite dishes and aperitifs for friends and family.
In addition to the private pool located on the penthouse terrace, the residence also boasts a larger pool in the garden and direct access to the beach.
Bedrooms & Bathrooms
The penthouse can accommodate up to four people in two luxurious and contemporary bedrooms, each with en-suite bathrooms. Folding cots are also available for babies
Bedroom 1
The master bedroom, furnished with a king size bed, offers every modern convenience: air conditioning, a ceiling fan and a television with satellite channels. The bathroom has clean lines and features double washbasins on a polished concrete countertop, a luxurious shower and a toilet.
Bedroom 2
The second bedroom includes a queen size bed (convertible into two single beds) and is likewise equipped with air conditioning, a ceiling fan and a TV with satellite channels. The en-suite bathroom has a shower, a washbasin cabinet and a toilet.
